The Dallas office of Reed Smith is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our Financial Industry Group. Candidates should have two to four years of experience in representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions. The position presents the opportunity to represent borrowers and lenders in complex, multifaceted financings in diverse range of real estate assets classes across a national platform, including mortgage, mezzanine, construction and acquisition financing. Mid-level associates work directly with partners and are responsible for assisting in managing workstreams, interacting directly with clients, coordinating across specialties and helping drive transactions from inception to close. $225,000 - $310,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
