Description:
A Debt Relief, Real Estate, Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Law Firm is a small practice which focuses on real estate.Responsibilities include preparing title opinions, final title opinions, closing documents and other real estate related documents, answer phones as necessary, billing, auditing.
Preparing bankruptcy petitions and court appearances.
Prepare wills and trusts
Responsibilities also include participation in marketing events and covering closings.
Willing to train in real estate.
A working knowledge of estate planning is also desired.
Experience:
- Legal Drafting and research: 1 year (Preferred)
Real estate law: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Bar licensure (Required)
