You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of legal service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with legal issues related to family law, criminal defense, personal injury and general civil practice.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and strategies.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court hearings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
