AV rated plaintiff's litigation firm seeks hardworking, detail oriented associate for opening on sex abuse litigation team with immediate case responsibility. Must be able to handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, motions, depositions, and court appearances. Compassion for clients, strong analytical, writing and research skills a must. - Drafting pleadings, motions and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions
- Appear on conferences and motions
Qualifications:
- J.D.
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Strong writing and communication skills
