Description:
Brooklyn Law firm with a very busy personal injury practice is searching an experienced personal injury trial associate with 3+ years' experience to work on all aspects of a case from intake to trial. Trial experience is a plus.Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with clients;
- Drafting pleadings;
- Conducting and defending depositions;
- All aspect of discovery;
- Motions practice;
- Managing a case load; and
- Trial.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be admitted in New York;
- Must have good research and writing skills;
- Good Communication skills needed;
- Experience handling Medical Malpractice and/or Labor Law case a plus but not necessary;
- Need someone who is a self-starter and organized; and
- Applicant should have the ability to handle a high case load.
