We seek a senior-level associate with experience in commercial litigation and internet/intellectual property law. At A Small Internet Law and IP Boutique Law Firm, the small size of our office allows for unique opportunities to play lead roles in delivering solutions to our clients. For those considering the potential of partnership, we are particularly eager to find candidates who are interested in developing new business or have a portable book of business.
Our national practice focuses on:
- Trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing.
- Domain name disputes, including under the UDRP and ACPA.
- Unfair competition, false advertising, and defamation litigation.
Ideal candidates will have a degree from a leading law school and/or have graduated in the top 10% of their class. Law review or journal experience is a plus, as is judicial clerkship experience. At this time, we are focused on candidates with 6-10 years of experience (preferably including large law firm experience). We seek motivated, committed, meticulous and organized individuals with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Candidates with an enterprising spirit and driving work ethic are particularly desired.
