Role Description:This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at A Business, Mergers & Acquisitions Law Firm. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This is a mostly on-site role located in Bradenton, FL.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years experience as a lawyer is preferred
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Experience in commercial litigation, real estate, or corporate law is a plus
- Salary is based on experience
