A Florida Personal Injury Lawyer is a nationally recognized trial law firm committed to protecting and defending the rights of people injured through negligence, improper conduct, deceit or abuse of power. The firm has represented clients in courtrooms throughout Florida and across the nation, for over 40 years.We are looking for a licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
The Associate Attorney's responsibilities will include taking depositions, court appearances, drafting various motions, and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. S/he will be working in a fast paced, high-volume practice and may be required to do some travel.
The candidate must be organized and willing to work on multiple cases of varying complexity along with the passion and desire to try cases to verdict.
