Founded in 2003, A National Financial & Business Litigation Law Firm is a growing AV-rated full-service law firm with over 140 attorneys in thirteen offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Georgia. We currently have an opening for an Associate Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably insurance defense litigation working in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The position will be assigned to premises liability defense litigation matters. This is a Remote position.Position Overview:
- This position requires a Florida bar license in good standing. A Georgia license in addition to FL license is a huge plus.
- Qualified candidates must possess strong legal writing and research skills, excellent advocacy experience, strong academics, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Candidates should also be highly organized, motivated, experienced in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple ongoing assignments.
- Be self-motivated and a self-starter, possess strong client communication skills.Prior deposition and mediation experience a huge plus.
- Have the ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.This is a remote position in our Jacksonville office.
- Must be able to commute to Jacksonville or surrounding area on a need to basis.
