We're currently seeking a full-time attorney with at least two years of experience who shares the same client-focused approach. Our firm covers multiple different practice areas, and we are looking for someone who can represent clients in personal injury, construction defects, and insurance defense matters. We're committed to serving every client in the best way possible, and it starts with finding the best lawyer to make it happen.

Objectives of this role

Advise, advocate for, and represent our clients' interests or issues
Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements
Communicate with clients on a regular basis

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial consultations
Draft pleadings and responses
Draft discovery requests and responses
Work closely with clients to prepare accurate, persuasive briefs and motions for every case that goes to trial
Conduct depositions and perform research
Ability to proactively manage a regular caseload.
