We are seeking a candidate that will handle cases start to finish, has a willingness to learn, and can handle a high-volume caseload. During tenure at the firm, we offer a strong compensation plan which features competitive base pay with commission structure where compensation can reach high six figures based on results.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters
Specialize in specific areas of law such as personal injury and workers' compensation
Conduct legal research using resources like Westlaw to support case strategies
Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable outcomes
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
