The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation Senior Associate or Of Counsel with significant employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be senior enough to independently lead and manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state laws.

Candidates should be comfortable managing all phases of litigation, including drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting, and arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, and preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Admission to the Georgia Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.
