Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC has an associate attorney position available within the firm's community association group of twenty attorneys and approximately twenty paralegals and staff. This is initially a litigation position where you will handle cases from the initial demand letter, through filing the compliant, motions practice, discovery, and through judgment. Other opportunities in the practice group are later available. Why do we want our attorneys to have meaningful litigation experience? You must be a current member of the Georgia Bar. The substantive areas of law within the position include a broad range of legal issues involving property law, covenant interpretation and enforcement, contracts, corporate law, and collections. You must be personable, organized, have a desire to learn, and possess a solid work ethic. We will invest time in your development as an attorney, including working with you on civil procedure and you becoming very knowledgeable of the substantive laws. Starting salary of $100,000, subject to experience, qualifications, and/or class ranking.
