Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing immigration practice. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload involving both individual and business immigration matters, working closely with our experienced legal team to serve our clients' needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active member in good standing of any U.S. state bar (Georgia bar preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business immigration law.
  • Proven experience preparing and filing EB-1A, NIW, O-1, and E-2 petitions.
  • Experience with PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs)
  • Maintain accurate case files and client communications
  • Attend USCIS interview as needed
