Ideal Candidate:
- Has 1–5 years of experience practicing immigration law, particularly removal defense
- Is comfortable handling EOIR hearings, bond proceedings, and asylum cases
- Maintains strong attention to detail and professional communication
- Prefers a consistent work schedule and organized internal systems
- Values collaboration, accountability, and a calm, respectful work environment
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required (interpreters available)
