Employment Litigation Attorney (2+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an employment litigation attorney with at least two years of experience and prior law firm experience to join our growing litigation team.

This position is designed for a motivated attorney who wants to learn, grow, and become client-facing, not remain behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle employment litigation matters with supervision and mentorship
  • Communicate directly with clients and assist in case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations as experience grows
  • Learn the fundamentals of client development and relationship management

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of employment litigation experience
  • Law firm experience required
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Interest in building long-term client relationships
  • California bar admission

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
