A Defense Law Firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney for its General Liability practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. - JD from an accredited Law School
- MUST BE ADMITTED to practice in the state in NEW JERSEY. Pennsylvania and New York are a plus.
- 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice
- Superior written and oral communication skills required
- Legal project management experience is helpful
- Independently manage a litigation caseload
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and Examinations under Oath
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
