A Full-Service Firm of More Than 800 Lawyers seeks an associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in its Philadelphia Office. Candidate should be well-versed in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving executive compensation, qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefits. Excellent drafting and communication skills are desired along with strong academic credentials. PA Bar required.
