Description:
SSD Associate Attorney needed for growing practice. This position will focus primarily on hearing-level cases, attending hearings over the phone or in person. Work is hybrid; can locate in our Pottsville, Allentown, or Philadlephia office. Hearing coverage can be anywhere in Central or Eastern PA; must provide own transportation.Qualifications:
- Current Bar admission in any state with eligibility to practice before the Social Security Administration (i.e., no record of significant discipline)
- Prior courtroom experience helpful; SSD experience not required
- Good client relations skills, particularly with special needs clients
