Description:
Requirements:- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California Bar
- Work-from-home position, but must be located in the San Francisco Metro area to make all in-court appearances
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with potential clients and secure their representation
- Provide expert advice on various family law matters
- Represent clients as 1st chair in court proceedings, including mediation and depositions
- Mentor and train junior team members
Qualifications:
Education / Credentials:
- Juris Doctorate
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Experience:
- Experience as a Family Law Attorney, or related experience
- Expertise in California Family Law statutes
