Description:
Employment litigation firm located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles looking to fill an opening for an Associate Attorney position. The firm is looking for an associate with 1-4 years of experience working in a law firm to help with the firm's busy caseload and grow with the firm.Applicant must have excellent professionalism and communication skills, be a self-starter and be able to work independently both in-office and remotely. Compensation will vary on a case by case basis depending on the amount of litigation experience candidate has. The Firm will provide training and exposure for the associate with the goal of allowing associate to reach a significant level of independence with case handling responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships
- Law and Motion work
- Court appearances
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct case related investigation
- Prepare, propound, and respond to discovery
- Handle all aspects of litigation
Job Location:
- Downtown Los Angeles (Remote/Hybrid)
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree and current good standing with CA State Bar is required
- Fluent in English/Spanish preferred
