Description:
Clark Hill is seeking a California licensed Labor & Employment
associate with 3 to 6 years of experience. While the position primarily
will report to our Los Angeles, CA office, candidates are not required
to live in Southern California. Candidates should have experience with a
broad range of employment issues including single-plaintiff employment
litigation (e.g., workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation,
wrongful termination lawsuits) and class action/PAGA experience.
Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and
motions and arguing motions. Experience taking and defending
depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus. Other
responsibilities will include drafting workplace policies, conducting
employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to
employers. Candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess an
excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research
skills.
