Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced associate attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience and a strong interest in estate planning, business, and real estate law. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Handle probate and trust administration matters
- Advise clients on business formation, governance, and transactions
- Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Conduct client consultations and maintain regular client communication
- Participate in community engagement and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan
- 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Professional, client-centered, and detail-oriented
