Smith Haughey is seeking Litigation and Medical Malpractice Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5+ years of experience in litigation, motions and depositions, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for candidates with either general litigation, medical malpractice and/or appellate practice experience. Licensure as an attorney in the State of Michigan, or ability to obtain license, is required.
