Our busy DWI defense firm is experiencing rapid growth and needs an experienced associate attorney to help manage our caseload. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and want to work with a respected, client focused team, we want to hear from you!!!What You'll Do---
- Handle DWI cases as well as some other criminal cases from intake through resolution
- Appear In court, draft motions, negotiate with prosecutors
- Handle cases mainly in Denton and some in Collin County as well as Cooke County and Dallas County
- Provide top-tier legal counsel to clients facing DWI or other criminal charges
What we are looking for:
- Licensed Texas Attorney in Good Standing
- Prior DWI/criminal defense experience required
- strong courtroom presence and negotiations skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
