Overview:
We are seeking a responsible, reliable, hard working and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join a fast growing boutique real estate firm. The firm concentrates on litigation, landlord tenant, default, estate planning and business formation. As an Associate Attorney, you will mange your own case loan as well as be instrumental in providing comprehensive legal support, conducting in-depth research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client consultations. This paid position is designed for motivated legal professionals eager to develop their expertise in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage own case load
Draft and review a variety of legal documents including pleadings, letters, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, negotiations, and client meetings by organizing case files and developing legal arguments.
Support attorneys in managing litigation cases from inception through resolution by tracking deadlines and maintaining detailed case records.
Engage in client consultations to gather information, explain legal options, and facilitate effective communication.
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex legal challenges while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Georgia.
3-8 years experience in litigation, real estate experience is a bonus.
Capable research skills utilizing LexisNexis or Westlaw platforms to find pertinent case law and statutory information.
Excellent legal writing skills with a proven ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and court personnel.
Legal administrative experience including managing case files and maintaining detailed documentation required for effective case management.
