King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate for its growing Tax practice in Atlanta, New York and Washington D.C. Consideration will also be given to exceptional candidates based in our other U.S. offices. A qualified candidate will be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials and previous large law firm or accounting firm experience. Candidates will also have 3-6 years of transactional tax experience, including funds/JVs, Private Equity and Strategic M&A, finance and restructuring work. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $260,000 to $390,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
