The candidate must be skilled in communicating with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, and do so with great enthusiasm. Additionally, they need to have strong attention to detail, follow standard procedures with great care, and have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills. They need to be able to handle multiple assignments with ease, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands with a positive attitude.
