Description:

Associate Attorney - Remote Position

Location: Remote in Oklahoma | Firm is based in Southwest Oklahoma, practicing statewide

Practice Areas: Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Formation | Expanding into Family Law

About Us:
We're a growing firm based in Southwest Oklahoma handling cases throughout the state. Our practice spans personal injury, general civil litigation, probate, estate planning, real estate, and business formation matters. We're expanding into family law and need the right attorney to grow with us.

The Position:
This is a largely remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Oklahoma. You'll need to appear in court as required and attend occasional in-person meetings, but otherwise, your location is your choice.

For the right person who works better in a traditional office environment, we're open to discussing dedicated office space arrangements.

You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision. We're looking for someone who can handle cases independently, stay organized, meet deadlines, and know when to ask questions—but who doesn't need constant hand-holding.

Here's what matters: You need to be willing to handle courtroom work and litigation. If you're not comfortable standing up in court, taking depositions, and advocating for clients, this isn't the position for you. We need someone who can handle the full scope of case work—not just the desk work.

Full-time, part-time, and of counsel arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary plus commission structure - You'll receive a guaranteed monthly base salary. Once you meet certain production milestones, you'll earn a commission split on the fees you generate and collect, paid monthly. The more you produce, the more you earn.

If you want your income to reflect your effort and results, you'll do well here. If you're looking for a purely salaried position with no connection between productivity and pay, this isn't the right fit.

After an introductory period, the firm provides:
  • Healthcare coverage
  • Bar dues
  • Continuing education courses
  • Professional organization memberships
  • Retirement plan
