Description:
Full-time Associate Attorney position in a high-energy and fast-growing Law Firm, focusing on Family law, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury as well General Practice areas (e.g.: municipal practice, DUIs, etc). All the necessary training will be provided.Position is Hybrid, and mainly Remote/work-from-home; however, attorney will be expected to appear in-court and in the office as required by the firm's court-calendar.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Strong writing and legal drafting skills
- Experience in estate planning, family law, or immigration law preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Prior legal administrative experience is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a law office environment
