The New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with at least three years of complex litigation experience to become an integral part of our Advocacy Department. Academically distinguished applicants who possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills, strong analytical aptitude, and experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. Experience with products liability litigation is preferred, and candidates with exposure to other complex commercial or tort matters are encouraged to apply. We seek a bright, hardworking, and responsive attorney with sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The associate will work closely with experienced litigators who provide active mentoring, meaningful responsibility, and direct client contact. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop litigation skills while working on sophisticated matters in Louisiana and beyond. Louisiana law license required.
