Downtown San Jose Family Law firm is seeking a self-motivated, positive, and articulate Full Time Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of family law experience. The position would commence immediately.The candidate must have excellent client communication with strong research and writing skills. Being team oriented is a must. This candidate would be responsible for all aspects of assigned cases, including drafting pleadings, communication with clients and opposing counsel, attending court hearings, and overall preparation/completion of cases. Must be prepared to take over an existing caseload of family law matters.
