Key Responsibilities & Duties

Caseload Management: Oversee a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception through final resolution, guaranteeing timely filings and strict adherence to Texas procedural law requirements.
Litigation Preparation: Prepare aggressively for depositions, hearings, and trials by synthesizing evidence, building compelling case theories, and coordinating with witnesses.
Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like Westlaw to support dynamic case strategies and maintain an up-to-date mastery of shifting statutes and case law.
Client Advisory: Communicate transparently with clients to provide progress updates, break down complex legal options, and offer compassionate, steady counsel during emotionally charged situations.
Negotiation & Advocacy: Negotiate strategic settlements with opposing counsel to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while upholding absolute professional integrity

Candidate Requirements:

Licensure: Active Texas State Bar license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of family law experience specifically within the Central Texas area.
Courtroom Ready: A strong desire and eagerness to litigate and advocate for clients in the courtroom.
