Description:
Willkie's Dallas Real Estate Department is seeking a junior-level associate ideally with broad, well-rounded experience working on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions and leases. This role would include working with senior level associates and partners on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across a broad array of asset classes, including drafting, negotiating, performing due diligence activities and managing transaction processes throughout the life-cycle of a typical commercial real estate transaction.
