Are you a motivated attorney looking to build some courtroom experience?
Our firm is seeking an associate to join our team handling municipal
court and criminal defense matters across New Jersey. In this role,
you'll represent clients in municipal court and criminal proceedings,
manage client relationships and communications, handle discovery review
and coordination, and assist with some civil matters as needed. We offer
hands-on mentorship from an experienced attorney and Municipal
Prosecutor who is committed to your development. Heavy writing and
complex motions are handled by the managing partner, so you can focus on
client contact, court appearances, and building the skills that matter
most. You'll have real responsibility from day one in a fast-paced,
diverse practice — not just a seat behind a desk. We're looking for
someone with NJ bar admission (new admittees welcome), strong
communication skills, and courtroom confidence or a genuine eagerness to
develop it. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. If you're looking for a
