A Full-Service Law and Government Consulting Firm, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an opening in our Miami office for a third to fifth year attorney with corporate and technology transactions law experience. The successful candidate will have notable experience drafting and negotiating contracts and licensing in various areas of technology, including software, hardware, SaaS, internet, e-commerce and other technologies, as well as experience advising clients on data privacy and corporate structure and financing, security laws and mergers and acquisitions.
