We offer a flexible work environment of in-office and remote work.Candidates will work on matters involving business tort, contract litigation and appellate brief research and drafting in the representation of financial institutions, developers, employers, corporations, and local government entities. Minimum Requirements:
- 4 + years of litigation experience
- Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
- Draft complaints, manage discovery, conduct depositions and attend hearings
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
