The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to take on meaningful case responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal briefs
- Develop case strategy and advise clients
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff
Qualifications:
- 3–10 years of litigation experience (personal injury, construction defect, or commercial litigation preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- California Bar admission in good standing
- Courtroom experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and team-focused
