The Lorain County Prosecutor's Office is seeking a dedicated Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (APA) to join our Criminal Division, serving Adult Felony Court.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in public safety while working with a committed team of legal professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Represent the State of Ohio in felony cases
• Prepare and conduct arraignments, hearings, and jury trials
• Work closely with law enforcement, victims, and court personnel to move cases forward
• Draft and review search warrants; oversee extraditions, forfeitures, and evidence processes
• Use the MATRIX Prosecutor application

What We're Looking For:

• A licensed Ohio attorney in good standing with strong research, writing, and trial skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast paced, high responsibility environment and upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism

What we offer:

• Salary range: $75,000–$92,000, based on experience
