Description:Description: The Banking and Finance Group seeks a 2nd or 3rd year associate with experience with syndicated loan agreements, structured finance, project finance or equipment leasing and secured transactions. Experience in real estate finance is also highly desirable. A higher tier law school, strong academic record and large firm background are preferred but not required. NY Bar admission is required.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with and train under a number of banking, corporate and real estate partners and senior associates on a wide range of financing transactions representing both borrowers and lenders. The candidate should expect regular and direct partner and client contact and should be willing to assume increasing responsibility. The candidate should have an exceptional work ethic and be eager to advance and assume increasing responsibility.
Pryor Cashman's Banking and Finance group represents large and mid-sized banks in mutual fund and middle-market lending. We also represent middle-market and real estate borrowers in all types of financing transactions. Our practice is an interdisciplinary one and frequently requires collaboration with the firm's corporate, real estate and entertainment departments.
Salary Range: $215,000 - $225,000. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
