Chilton Yambert Porter LLP currently has an opening for a full-time workers' compensation associate attorney to join our growing Chicago, IL office. The candidate must be licensed in Illinois and in good standing. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience litigating Illinois workers' compensation claims. Responsibilities:

Manage cases as a member of our team from start to finish
Taking depositions and gathering of necessary evidence for favorable results
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, appeals, contracts, and other legal documents
Covering court motions, court calls, pretrials, trying claims before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, handling appeals.
