Large, friendly, fast paced Workers' Compensation firm in Santa Ana/Ontario has an opening for a full time attorney or hearing representative to manage, work-up and settle applicant WC cases.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Detail oriented, organized, self-starter
- 5+ years Applicant Workers' Compensation experience with strong knowledge of workers compensation law
- Team player and dedicated worker
- Dependable
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- JD degree a plus
- Must provide contacts for recommendations
