Summary:A Global Law Firm's nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright & Media Group is seeking a non-partnership track Attorney to join our San Diego office. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in advertising litigation, NAD disputes, marketing law compliance, and counseling to assist in investigating, prosecuting and defending against advertising, marketing and unfair competition claims.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills and hands-on experience with:
- Advertising review and claims substantiation
- False advertising litigation
- Disputes before NAD and regulatory agencies
Education:
JD
Bar Admission
Licensed to practice in CA
Experience:
2-5 years of experience with advertising and promotions matters.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
