The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. We are now seeking an Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees;
- Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing;
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability;
- Excellent written and oral communication;
- Commitment to proactive case management;
- Experience in Merus is preferred but not required;
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred but not required.
