Job Summary:The Law Offices of Daniel K. Lee PC is a workers' compensation defense firm providing coverage for employers, carriers and administrators across California with home offices in Southern California. We seek a workers' compensation defense attorney. Junior, senior associate or, partner positions are available depending upon work experience and, book of business.
Attorneys are required to maintain inventory providing clients with strong communication, evaluation and assessment skills necessary to bring workers' compensation claims to conclusions by settlement or trial in cost-effective manner.
We offer a competitive salary starting from $125,000.00 with three months of training as an associate attorney with expected compensation of $150,000.00 upon reaching anticipated performance and, up to $175,000.00 for partner attorneys with an expected compensation to reach $200,000.00 based upon performance and, experience. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 6% match. Productivity and performance bonus available for hours exceeding expectations and for client development is offered. Paid Time Off includes time credit against billing expectations during PTO taken. Hybrid remote work options available upon completion of training and upon reaching anticipated performance.
