Our attorneys are well versed in representing employers, insurers, and TPA's in all aspects of workers' compensation claims.
Location: California Resident (100% remote / hybrid / in-office flexibility; must reside in California & be willing to travel throughout state)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $250,000 annually (plus bonus opportunities)

Desired Qualifications:
- 3 to 15 years of experience and strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- Experience representing a variety of clients, including large corporations and small businesses
- Trial experience in workers' compensation cases
- Experience with case management platforms such as MerusCase
