What You'll Do:

Manage a 150-200+ Caseload of Personal Injury Matters from Onboarding Through Pre-Litigation Resolution with Team Support
Develop Compelling Case Strategies & Maximize Client Recoveries
Analyze Liability, Damages, Insurance Coverage, and Medical Documentation
Communicate Directly & Regularly with Clients to Provide Exceptional, Compassionate Representation
Evaluate Claims and Determine Appropriate Settlement Strategies
Prepare and Present Persuasive Settlement Demands
Negotiate Aggressively with Insurance Carriers, Adjusters, and Defense Counsel
Review Medical Records, Bills, Liens, and Other Case Documentation
Collaborate Closely with Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and Firm Leadership
Identify Complex Liability and Damages Issues and Develop Creative Solutions
Maintain Strong Organization, Attention to Detail, and Momentum Across Your Caseload
Keep a Keen Eye on Statutes, Deadlines and General Calendaring Issues
Attend All Hearings (in Person or Remote), Take & Defend Depositions, Prep & Attend Mediations, Etc

* What We're Looking For:

5+ Years of Experience Practicing Personal Injury Law (either Plaintiff or Defense Side)
Strong Pre-Litigation Case Management and Settlement Negotiation Skills
Demonstrated Ability to Independently Manage a Significant Caseload
Excellent Understanding of Liability, Damages, Medical Treatment, and Insurance Claims
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Solid Negotiation, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Abilities
Highly Organized, Proactive, and Detail-Oriented Self-Starter Who Is Proactive
A Genuine Commitment to Client Service and Advocacy
California Bar Admission in Good Standing
