In this role, you will be responsible for managing workers' compensation claims, advocating for clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise will help navigate complex legal issues related to workplace injuries, providing clear guidance and effective representation. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish. No experience necessary.
Requirements:
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution, including investigation, negotiation, and litigation when necessary.
- Knowledge of filing applications, amended applications, DORs, objection to DOR/petitions, etc.;
- Advocate for clients in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings to secure favorable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws related to workers' compensation law while maintaining case records.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the CA State Bar is required.
- Proven experience practicing workers' compensation law
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
