Job Description:We are currently seeking an Attorney to join our team, with a focus on Workers' Compensation, at either our Chicago or Champaign, IL office. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Write pre-filing case summaries under the guidance of the supervising attorney.
- Champion depositions and defend them with precision.
- Conduct thorough investigations relevant to each case.
- Prepare and file essential legal documents such as briefs and motions.
- Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys on various legal projects.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing them with timely status reports.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of our firm.
Required Skills/Abilities:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Worker's Compensation experience required
- A valid Illinois law license in good standing with the bar.
- Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
