With more than 70 lawyers in the United States and Europe, our labor and employment team handles upwards of 4,000 employment-related matters each year. We counsel employers in every aspect of the employer/employee relationship, including federal, state and international law compliance; traditional labor issues; internal investigations; federal contracting; and executive compensation. Job Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of labor and employment law or commercial litigation experience.
  • We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background and the ability to demonstrate top-notch legal research, analysis and writing abilities.
  • Candidates should have experience litigating either employment, civil rights, or commercial matters in both state and federal courts.
  • Experience with state and federal wage & hour and employment laws is preferred.
  • Candidates licensed outside of Illinois will be required to be admitted to the Illinois State Bar within one year of starting with us.
